Leadership Pipeline Programs LPP consists of a portfolio of leadership development programs designed for both internal and external talent. One of the programs we offer within LPP is the Accelerated Leadership Program ALP which was was designed by Intel's executive team to find and develop the next generation of influential leaders who will seize bold, strategic opportunities and tackle the challenges facing our company. With the mentorship of influential senior leaders, ALP associates navigate through a series of challenging, vastly diverse, high-visibility assignments that span the entire company. These experiences will challenge your creativity and innovative thinking, test your experience, and allow you to demonstrate your capabilities, while delivering on specific goals established for you.

In this position, you will be right in the center of the technology that's changing the lives of people around the world, supporting not only our relentless focus on building the best microprocessors, but driving our business toward new multibillion-dollar growth opportunities in next-generation consumer electronics, mobile devices, services, and software.

Beginning in June 2017, the ALP offers a 12-week high intensity, high impact internship experience for first-year MBA candidates. During your summer at Intel you will work on a key project in one of our business groups - working side by side with senior managers to develop strategies and plan execution for initiatives that transform our existing business and lead us into new growth opportunities. In your short time, you will experience what it's like to be part of the ALP as you join executive discussions and network with ALP associates and senior managers. The intern program is our largest pipeline into the full-time program

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences

Minimum Requirements:
- The candidate must be enrolled in a MBA program (students with an expected graduation date in Fall 2017 or Spring 2018 are eligible to apply).
- Minimum of 4 years of full-time, professional work experience
- Demonstrated leadership progression in a professional, school, or community setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the technology sector or undergraduate/graduate studies in engineering or computer science.
