Nature and Scope: The 
successful candidate will report to the Public Relations and Marketing 
Manager. He/She will be responsible for provision of publicity services,
 maintenance of bank's relationship with stakeholders and maintenance of
 local media services for public relations and marketing.<br />
Key 
Responsibilities: ⦁ Develop and manage the bank's relationship with 
Business associates, Government Ministries/Departments/Agencies, 
Embassies and the public;<br />
⦁ Monitor local media, analyze and 
review news and business events to inform management of significant 
developments and identify emerging future issues that might impact on 
bank's image;<br />
⦁ Assist in formulating and implementing appropriate market strategies and plans so as to attain n set objectives; ,<br />
⦁
 Plan for, prepare and produce leaflets, brochures, press releases, 
business leaflets fancy website aimed at promoting the bank's products 
and image;<br />
⦁ Liaise with news media including issuance of press releases and responding to media inquiries concerning the bank; .<br />
• Coordinate advertising and promotion work for bank's products and services;<br />
•
 Organize and arrange news conferences, press launches, exhibitions and 
trade fairs; . • Represent the bank and act as the spokesperson in 
public events;<br />
⦁ Lodge and closely follow up applications for 
securing residence/work permits for 'guests and expatriate employees of 
the bank, and ensure smooth receipt and dispatch of bank's guests and 
expatriates on their travel to and out of Tanzania;<br />
⦁ Carry out any other related duties as may be assigned to him/her by Supervisor from time to time.<br />
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:<br />
⦁ University Degree in Public Relations; Marketing. International Relations, Business Administration or related discipline;<br />
⦁ At least three (3) years working experience in a banking/financial institution or related institution;<br />
⦁ Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills;<br />
⦁ Excellent presentation skills;<br />
⦁ Strong written and communication skills with ability to write documentation in a concise and focused style;<br />
•. Must be a team player, very self-motivated and able to manage and prioritize work load with minimum supervision;<br />
⦁ Computer literate with highly developed computer applications skills;<br />

 Assist in developing responses on queries on strategic matters from the
 Government. its ministries and agencies; the Parliament of Tanzania;

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:<br />

 University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Agricultural

The
 successful candidate will report to the Managing Director. He/She will 
be responsible for maintenance'of books of accounts, financial reporting
 and all back office operations. He/She will supervise the financial 
budgeting process and reporting. payment to suppliers, disbursement of 
loans as well as formulation of controls to safeguard the financial

Key Responsibilities:<br />
⦁ Co-ordinate budgeting exercise including production of regular budget report and budgetary control;<br />

 Supervise the division and monitor financial information on a daily 
basis to ensure that accounting records are accurately and properly 
prepared and maintained;<br />
⦁ Advise the company on tax matters i.e. 
VAT, corporate tax, PAVE, withholding tax, to ensure statutory 
compliance and prepare the relevant monthly/annual returns;<br />
⦁ 
Provide support to the Treasury and Funding Directorate when assessing 
funding requirements and managing cash on a daily basis including 
investing the excess funds and managing minimum requirements;<br />

Prepare quarterly, bi-annual and annual statutory accounts in line with 
accepted accounting standards and liaises with external statutory 
auditors;<br />
⦁ Supervise disbursement of loans to borrowers approved by the bank;<br />
⦁ Design and implement internal financial controls;<br />
⦁ Supervise the auditing of the bank's financial statements done by the external statutory auditors;<br />
⦁ Monitor cash requirements/position;<br />
⦁ Preparation of all statutory and regulatory reports in line with accepted accounting standards;<br />
⦁ Provide guidance to the Management on issues pertaining to accounting as well as financial and regulatory reporting;<br />

 Review work performance of staff in the Directorate including their 
development and welfare in line with the bank's policies and objectives;<br />

Minimum Qualifications. Knowledge and Experience:<br />
⦁ Master's Degree/Postgraduate qualifications in Accounts, Commerce, Economics or related discipline;<br />

Prepare different reports with different requirements from the Donors<br />
Knowledge, skills and abilities required<br />
Bachelor
 degree and/or postgraduate qualification in relevant field i.e. 
Community Development Project Management. Child & Youth development,
 social sciences, Development studies, etc.<br />
At least 10 years of 
working experience in the field of child & youth care, family 
development, and/or community' development in NGO/INGO setting, five (5)
 should under Management level Proven leadership and people management 
skills, with experience of managing multi-donor's projects.<br />

a) Collect all necessary initial technical data in the daily log sheets and defect register book.<br />
b) Issue permits to work, limitation of access, sanction of test after 
proper isolation of equipment at switch yard before people start working
 to ensure highest safety standards are observed and maintained all the 
times in order to preserve life and property.<br />
c) Maintain close liaison with Grid Control Centre (SCADA), generating 
plants station and other grid substation operators to ensure smooth 
restoration of power supply in case of system power failure.<br />
d) Report a day recorded shift events to system control supervisor to 
ensure the higher authority get informed for record and action.<br />

 Holder of Ordinary Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized institution<br />

Implements all scheduled activities and work plans including,

a) Construct and maintain distribution lines network in accordance with 
the company procedures and standards to ensure access to electricity is 
maximized.<br />
b) Inspect customers' installations to ensure standards set for safety 
and quality of installations are met and security of supply is

c) Assist supervisor/engineer in preparing short & long term plans 
construction/maintenance schedules for expansion of distribution network
 to increase the pace of electrification.<br />
d) Closely monitor load 
growth on secondary sub-station through periodic measurement to ensure

e) To conduct routine inspection of distribution lines and perform 
preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure continuity of supply 
to customers is maintained.<br />
f) Record periodic electrical testing, and recommends or initiates 
modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet acceptable 
operating standards.<br />

his/her family informed about the illness and provide appropriate 
explanations about the treatment and follows.</li>
<li>Follow up the 
evolution of the hospitalized/IDP patients, through daily visits , 
consultations and examinations, prescribing the necessary treatment 
following MSF protocols, deciding whether they can be discharged or 
transferred to other departments – in collaboration with other doctors- 
and informing their family about the patient’s evolution.</li>
<li>Check 
and control the rational distribution of medicines and equipment under 
his/her responsibility and take care the quality, disinfection and 
sterilization of the medical material. Assure general compliance with

 as logistics coordinator and as an informational resource for corporate
 volunteers and troubleshoot problems they may face;</li>
<li>Recruit and
 hire Project Assistants/Interpreters (If applicable) to support 
corporate consultants with translation, research and interviews;</li>
<li>Participate in weekly preparation phone calls with corporate team(s) as needed;</li>
<li>Coordinate
 Client/Project Assistant Pre-Departure Orientation, Welcome and Final 
Events for corporate employees and local client firms/organizations;</li>
<li>Correspond
 with organization's headquarters program staff and other stakeholders 
to assure satisfaction on the part of the corporate volunteers and our 
partners;</li>
<li>Monitor and advise on security arrangements for corporate volunteers when they are in Tanzania.</li>
</ul>
<b>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS</b><br />
<ul>
<li>Must be based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania;</li>
<li>College
 degree in international relations, communications, corporate social 
responsibility, project management, organizational development, NGO 
management, or related field;</li>
<li>Experience in project management and in leading diverse teams;</li>
<li>Minimum of 8-10 years of experience;</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and manage diverse tasks simultaneously;</li>
<li>Flexible and able to work in a team as well as individually with limited supervision;</li>
<li>Exceptional writing skills and ability to develop scopes of work/projects with limited supervision;</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;</li>
<li>Experience in virtual and in-person presentation skills;</li>
<li>Knowledge of health development programs in Tanzania a plus;</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem solving skills;</li>
<li>Language proficiency in Swahili and English;</li>
</ul>
<b>SALARY</b><br />
This
 is a part time consultant position with an estimate timeline of 5-6

<b>Major functions:</b><br />
Under the supervision of Forest Programme Coordinator, the Project 
Officer will assist in supporting the management and execution of forest
 programme activities within the forest landscapes. He/She will be 
responsible for daily activities of the project.<br />
<b>Major duties and responsibilities:</b><br />
<ul>
<li>In
 collaboration with identified key stakeholders, take a lead in the 
process of describing and delineating the agreed forest landscape 
boundaries, and assess issues related to forest gaps, connectivity, and 
buffer development functions.</li>
<li>Assess and identify forest 
activities in the landscape plan followed by identification of strategic
 development interventions to initiate and support Village Land Use 
plans, creation of Local Authority Forest Reserves and Village land 
Forest Reserves(VLFRs)</li>
<li>Lead the process to develop a participatory Forest Work Plan with Civil society and local district.</li>
<li>Facilitate
 implementation process of the great conservation plans with key 
indicators baselines completed and new area management effectiveness 
tracking tool(METT) scores completed and constantly monitored and 
reported.</li>
<li>Support in-service training courses developed and 
implemented at all levels within both forestry and associated sectors 
and within NGOs and Civil Society Organizations(CSOs) in priority forest
 landscapes</li>
<li>Collaborate with Mpingo Conservation Project plus 
other Civil Societies in the Landscapes of joining and scale up Group 
Certification Scheme under MCDI.</li>
</ul>
<b>Required Qualifications</b><br />
<ul>
<li>Relevant university degree, at least a BSc. in Forest Sciences, an MSc in Environmental Sciences will be an added advantage;</li>
<li>Minimum
 of 2 years working experience at a grassroots level in forest-related 
projects and/or environment, particularly in facilitating participatory 
forest management, Village Land Use Planning, Biodiversity surveys and 
supporting income generating activities;</li>
</ul>

<b>Position Overview:</b><br />
The
 Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving acquisition and 
retention of customers, through building a strong sales culture among 
our sales force. The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for managing 
the company’s growth strategy to meet budget targets – including enhance
 agents’ productivity, provide coaching on sales techniques, monitor 
performance in a timely fashion, build a strong sales management team 
and performance culture and mobilise the right incentives and 
motivational techniques to boost agents’ morale.<br />
The Senior Sales Manager will manage over a dozen of sales leaders, and indirectly manages over 200 sales agents.<br />
Responsibilities:<br />
<ol>
<li>Drive high quality &quantity sales according to budget</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Design
 and implement appropriate sales (and consumer education) techniques 
among sales team that lead to high productivity and quality</li>
<li>Contribute
 to sales strategy (product mix and product development, marketing and 
promotional campaigns, customer segmentation, up selling and bundle 
selling, consumer education)</li>
<li>Implement an appropriate incentive structure leading to strong sales culture and improved sales performance</li>
<li>Develop
 a short to long-term engagement strategy drawing on various 
motivational techniques and tools to engage agents and maintain high 
morale in the team throughout the day/week/month/year (competitions 
etc).</li>
<li>Ensure headcount stability and healthy ratio of active agents</li>
<li>Monitor
 and provide feedback on teams performance on an hourly, daily, weekly 
and monthly basis and seek to understand underlying causes and take 
actions to address underperformance</li>
</ul>

<li>Implement robust systems to manage attendance, time-keeping and talk-time</li>
