- This intern will be a part of the Bank’s Retail Banking Department in our Retail Group
- Interest in the banking and finance industry
- Pursuing a degree in Business or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with an ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Location – Monterey Park, CA
- Duration – May 29 to August 18 (12 week commitment)
- Work Hours – Part-Time – 30 hours/week
- Compensation - $12/hourly
- Follow up on all weekly tracking reports
- Produce sales reports as needed
- Act as liaison between RBG and Operations for branch related issues
- Follow up on all accounts in question from BSA
- Follow up on all customer service inquiries
- Follow up on all monthly CDD reports to ensure timely completion from branches
- Prepare agendas for monthly BM and BM calls
- Prepare monthly attrition reports
- Assist branches with regards to their questions on any issues
- Prepare master calendar for BM out of office and update as needed
- Prepare branch sponsorship request and follow up as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
Salary: $12.00 /hour
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
