Role:
Maintain the highest standard of food quality and presentation in workstation as directed. Must have well rounded knowledge of all areas of the kitchen and production areas, clean safe and efficient manner in accordance with the policy's procedures and standards of the kitchen & maintain food cost.
Qualification;
• Experience in a luxury hotel service and standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
