Leading MEDICAL Customer SERVICE firm is seeking motivated individuals who want to be part of an incredible team in our Atlanta (Norcross/Peachtree Corners) office (Bilingual a plus). The position requires 1 year relevant experience, professional communication skills, a high volume of outbound and Inbound phone activity, efficient computer skills and a great work ethic. In the position you be responsible for contacting patients in regards to there outstanding medical bills and provide exceptional customer service. We offer a fantastic work environment and opportunity for growth with bonuses paid monthly.
