As part of our digital services, PinPoint builds and maintains websites for a variety of clients across many different industries. Our core focus is on enterprise class websites with a high degree of integration with Google Analytics to effectively measure success towards business goals.
Job Description
We seek to fill the position of Website Developer. Successful candidates will have demonstrable expertise in full stack development for websites and web apps, and excellent communication, time & project management skills.

Skills and Experience Required
Candidates MUST be able to prove the following to be considered:
Ability to plan and design for best user experiences (UX / UI)
Ability to use GIT (or other) source revision control system.
Ability to develop full stack web applications using Frameworks (E.G. CodeIgniter).
Ability to integrate and secure 3rd party API’s and or libraries Ability to quickly learn, optimize and customize site code and database queries to maximize site speed and performance.
Ability to manage and optimize leading CMS’s such as Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress etc. Ability to demonstrate an understanding of fundamental programming technologies.
Ability to multitask and manage and advance multiple projects simultaneously.
Note: If invited for an interview, you WILL BE TESTED on key skills noted above.
Key Responsibilities
Provide input in client and team meetings, understand and clarify requirements, and recommend functionalities to achieve the business's needs, and attend client review meetings as necessary.
Collaborate closely with design, client service, media and senior management to propose out-of-the-box technology innovations and solutions that support campaign objectives. (I.e. content, contests, registrations, submissions etc.)
Write and test programming code, either from scratch or by adapting existing web technologies and / or APIs.
Test and deploy sites onto server infrastructures such as Amazon Web Services.
Communicate to with accuracy on any progress and/or delays and recommend to clients and team about opportunities to progress projects.
Develop and share innovative, reusable Web-based tools.
Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
