Roles: We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for the role of BDC Customer Service follow up Agent.
Hours: 40 Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, holidays when necessary - current available shifts are full time only.
Responsibilities:
Use interpersonal skills to build rapport and set appointments.
Play a critical role in customers service experience.
Follow-up with customers through follow-up phone calls
Utilize organizational skills to track appointment.
Utilize written communication skills to document customer feedback, concerns and provide feedback to management.

Requirements:
Customer Service preferred, but not required
Self-motivated, outgoing, the ability to learn, possess exceptional communication skills
Committed to customer service and satisfaction
Professional in personal appearance and attitude
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Available for full time employment including some holidays
Authorized to work in the USA
Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Able to pass background checks, drug test, and have a valid clean Florida drivers license
