-Full after sales service and support
-Travel with sales personnel on occasion to provide technical assistance
-Provide technical assistance on customer design
-Familiar with the current and developing Flash Storage products
-Completes complex FA tasks in a timely fashion with minimal supervision Requirement:
- Min. BSEE or BSCE
- Able to travel within short notice
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Min. 2 yrs exp. in Field Support / FAE
- Strong product presentation and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiar with Linux, and Windows 7E.
- Working knowledge with VM Ware systems.

* Bilingual: English & Mandarin
