Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct KYC quality assurance testing based on the set standards
- Perform end-to-end reviews of KYC information submitted by registration team for accuracy, completeness and validity
- Perform surprise audit/check within the registration points to ensure no irregularities done by registration agents
- Provide feedback through a daily report where cases of deficiencies are identified, with the analysis of the impact to the entire registered population.
- Prepare quality assurance reports on a daily basis to be shared to the quality assurance supervisor and the management
- Support the management of third parties Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key performance indicators (KPIs) with regard to the registration process
- Execute action plan on the rejected registrations on a daily basis
- Recommend to management the performance of the registration agents, tools and systems
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in law,Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years’ experience in similar or related roles with Data analytical skills
- Experience in Quality Management, Internal Control, Risk Management in the Audit or banking sector or Telecommunication industry.
- Ability to produce accurate and timely information in a high dynamic work environment.
- Good report writing skills.
- Ability to communicate, influence, and be a team player.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workloads in line with the registration targets.
