Our Client, Volunteer Placement Organization based in Arusha with Field Offices in Moshi and Karatu recruits the following;
Country Program Development Manager
Duties includes;
Management of day to day Country Programs Operations
Manages Staff, Finances and other assets
Recruit Volunteers from Overseas
Manage Programs in compliance with the Country laws
In charge of recruitment, placement and general management
Desk Officer
In charge and first person to communicate with Volunteers
Responding to all Volunteer Complaints and Concerns
Give inductions and Orientations when Volunteers Arrived in the Country.
Keep all documents and communication records.
Organize all placements and projects
Prepare all debriefings and feed backs
Recruit Volunteers from Abroad.
Head of Office ( Moshi and Karatu)
In charge of Field Office.
Manage Volunteers in your Field destinations
Represent the Company to relevant Stake holders
Manage budget and field assets.
Recruit Volunteers from overseas and locally.
Volunteer Coordinator.
Responsible for Airport Pick up and drop off
Doing Inductions and orientations
Organizing Social events to volunteers
Special requirements for all Posts.
Fluency in English and any other foreign Languages like German, French, Italian, Spanish etc
You have been a Volunteer Before or worked with Volunteers
You have contacts or you know how to recruits Volunteers from Abroad.
You have skills in Hospitality and Customer care.
You are are from western Countries or lived and worked abroad.
Understanding basic Swahili and Tanzanian Culture
Able to comply with Tanzanian laws and values.
