Responsibilities
- Receiving the patient.
- Entering registration details in the system.
- Explaining to the patient (s) about various facilities, schemes and promotional tools.
- Attending to telephone calls and giving adequence information to clients as per their inquiry.
- To accompany patients to their right areas of treatment.
- To be supportive to the patients at all times.
1-2 years working experience.
Receptionist experience is an added advantage.
Qualification
Bachelor / Diploma in Business Administration
