Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following:
Plan and implement organizational security policies in line with the FINCA Microfinance Bank Security Manual.
Detect crime, arrest wrongdoers at bank premises, escort them to police and testify in courts of law.
Investigate crimes committed in the bank in line with bank policy and put in place remedies against crime.
Receive and guide bank customers according to bank policy.
Keep in safe custody bank records and asset registers in line with bank policy.
Guard FINCA Microfinance Bank staff and clients property within the areas of jurisdiction according to the FINCA Microfinance Bank Security Manual.
Carry out security duties with high sense of integrity in line with FINCA Microfinance Bank integrity standards.
Monitor and control all the FINCA alarm systems and the security personnel.
Coordinate with all the security firms regarding their TORs to ensure security at all offices of FINCA Microfinance Bank
Education and / Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma [minimum qualification]
Professional qualifications will be of an added advantage
Two years’ experience in Security Role
