Job Position : Human Resource Officers

Job Responsibilities
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProvide
clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Manager.Compile
and Updates employee recordsProcess documentation and prepare reports
relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training,
grievances, PMS etc)Deals with employee requests regarding human
resource issues, rules and regulations.Assist in payroll preparation by
providing relevant data (Absence, bonus, leave etc.)Conduct initial
orientation to newly hired employees.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Human Resource ManagementAbility to work independently and
take initiativeExcellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability
to interact professionally with culturally diverse staff.Strong
organizational and Time management skills; excellent Verbal and written
communication skills and ability to foster relationships with employees
at all levels within the organization; ability to work under pressure
and meet established goals and objectives; and strong creative problem
skills are requiredDemonstrated ability in Computer skills for Word
processing , databases, Spreadsheets and presentation software,
preferably Microsoft Office, Excellent Excel skills ; and ability to
learn new Software packages.
