Receptionist (Part-Time)
SunSource, a leader in the distribution of Fluid Power components and services for the industrial and mobile markets, currently has an opening for a Part-Time Receptionist at the Corporate Headquarters in Addison, IL.
On a day to day basis you will be taking and directing incoming calls, answer routine questions, as well as provide general administrative and customer service support to our amazing Shared Services team. You will ensure initial impressions with SunSource are positive and welcoming!
2-3 years of reception
desk and administrative support experience with the demonstrated
ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. Your
positive and engaging attitude will be your platform to provide a
lasting first impression of SunSource. Must be able to handle sensitive
and confidential situations. Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Suite
to aide in the creation of spreadsheets, reports, databases, and
presentations for special assignments. And above all, customer focus is
your attitude.
