Description
East-West Seed has set out an ambitious growth strategy to expand our leading position in the vegetable seed industry in Tanzania. In order to achieve our targets we welcome experienced seed sales reps to become part of our highly successful team.
Key Responsibilities :
. Maximize sales and execute strategy in assigned area.
. Effectively link our product portfolio to market,
feedback on market demand and specific customer
desires.
. Collaborate across East-West Seed channels to help
achieve an optimal customer experience.
. Forecasting & Budgeting support to Sales & Marketing
Manager.
. Full after-sales service, efficient claim handling to
maximise customer satisfaction.
. Prioritize key accounts, design an effective routing and
call frequency strategy.
