My client is looking for an Application Support Analyst in Manchester for up to £40,000.
Your new company
You will be working for a leader in the Aerospace business. They have offices across the UK but this role will be working out of the Manchester office.
Your new role
You will be working as an Application and IT Support analyst. You will be providing the business with end user support for key operational systems alongside supporting the business with UAT assistance and conducts system applications training. You will be proving assistance on the delivery of IT work streams in line with the IT roadmap.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally possess experience of working within a logistics/transportation industry, which has a strong focus on customer care and support. You will also be heavily skilled in the following:

- Good technical understanding of Airline systems
- Good ability to determine the importance of urgency and risk
- Some project management certification or equivalent methodology
