Main Responsibilities    
Be the focal point for reporting on Advocacy with the department of communications and Advocacy
Coordinate advocacy interventions at Program, Regional and National Levels
Work with the technical specialists to harmonize sectroal advocacy issues and action plans with program operations
Inquire into gaps in development policy, preferably in the areas of health, Education, WASH, Child Protection, Gender Equality, and Disaster Management

Qualifications    
Requirements    
University degree in Development studies, social sciences, communications or a related discipline.
Atleast 5 years' field experience in social work, Advocacy, Campaign Coordination, Behaviour Change Communication in teh field of development practice.
Strong fascilitaion and capacity building skills

IT Skills    
Experience    
Experience in Social Accountability models such as CVA is an advantage
Experience working with partners and good knowledge of partnership approach
