Mobile Phone Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Develop new clients and maintain existing clients in mobile phone markets. Complete sales targets set by the company;
2. Develop and manage sales channels. Explore, establish, manage, and control agent channel of regional markets;
3. Lead a team of sales and offer training, mentoring,monitoring to complete individual and team targets. Design team incentives,make reasonable action plans and implement it.
4. Timely and accurately collect and send back the market information as well as analyze the competitors products and marketing activities;

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree from a university or above;
2. 3+ years experience in mobile phone industry. Successful experience in operators channels development and management. Good relationship and links with telecommunication operators and their retail outlets agent is preferred;
3. Passionate for work, excellent team work spirit, strong capabilities in business development negotiation,superior communication, coordination and organizing abilities;
