Description
Key Responsibilities: Provide required administrative support to the Mbeya Field Office;
Supervise drivers/cleaning staff; Manage use/condition of vehicles; Process purchase requests and ensure timely payments; coordinate visits from the organizations visitors and staff to Mbeya
Required Education and Experience: Degree in Business Admin/Procurement/Supply chain management/Logistics; Minimum of 3 years work experience in administrative support functions with increasing responsibility; Experience and proficient skills in MS Office package (Excel. Word, PowerPoint. Visio); Experience with a local/international NGO a plus.
Required Personal Skills: Good planning, communication, organizational, customer service skills.
Required/Desired Foreign Language: Fluent in English and Kiswahili
Required Travel: Approximately 10% travel.
