Description
Responsible for both strategy and implementation of our Sales Program local and International. The Manager will lead the market team local and across regions. The position requires great organization, understanding of our customer audience, excellent coaching skills, and a willingness to travel as needed.
To run the branch as a profit center, managing the sales process by acquiring new business and deepening existing customer relationships and maintaining operational efficiency while providing the appropriate service standards.
To ensure risk levels are minimized and acceptable so as to enhance revenues and profitability of the Company.
Responsibilities: -
  • The primary goal of the Manager is to ensure his/her Branch meet their targets
  • Develops Sales pipelines to effectively forecasts future Sales
  • Develops programs for training and evaluation;
  • Develops a peep understanding of our markets, generating client insights and opportunities
  • Co-designs new systems and processes to gain Quantitative insights on customer behaviors and opportunities
  • Manages customer acquisition costs, retention rates, repayment rates and other key performance indicators.
  • Development of Sales Program into a data and process-driven organization
  • Internal promotion of talent and data-based tracking of team skills improvements
  • Strategic insights and contributions as part of the management team
Qualification & Experience: -
  • Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
  • Master's degree is additional qualification
  • Extensive experience in marketing, advertising, brand management or sales is required.
