Description
Application of work, residence permits and necessary entry visas from Labour and Immigration departments respectively
Processing of the relevant company and Vehicle licenses from Sumatra, EWURA, TAFFA, TRA, Ministry of Trade and Investments
Ensuring that land rent and property tax is paid in time to the relevant Municipal Councils
Liaising with service providers for Utilities, for Offices and Company Houses to ensure all bills are paid on time
Managing of the office fleet to ensure that drivers are readily available for office assignments
Ordering of office supplies to ensure no stock out of essentials like stationary
