To ensure that the best quality service and guest satisfaction are provided and maintained by all staff members.
To conduct daily inspections of all Beverage venues for housekeeping and maintenance needs.
To assist in maintaining specific levels of Beverage cost by liaising with the Management Team advising the Management of possible losses in revenue (i.e. theft, wastage, etc)
To check the daily stock levels in all bars on a daily basis and to liaise with Stores regarding required items.
To check all the furniture/decorations in the bar areas to ensure that they are properly placed and report if any items is missing.
To ensure that the correct music is playing the bar outlets at different times of the day.
To ensure that the staff are aware of the proper opening and closing procedures for all bar outlets.
To evaluate the staff on a regular basis and provide evaluation forms when requested.
To prepare weekly popularity analysis of the beverage sales at all the outlets.
To submit a weekly report on the operating equipment stock takes which should be done daily
To prepare a monthly summary of bar operations and sales realized.
