Summary
The Fleet Management Administrator is responsible for setting up and maintaining all processes related to fleet management. He/She is also responsible for supporting Driver Training area activities.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
Product management of Fleet Management
Train and support customers on how to work with Scania Fleet Management
Make sure all vehicles with Scania Communicator are activated
Act as the market's contact with factory
Work with the local FMS implementation

•Pricing
•Dealer commission
•Packaging
Education and/or Experience
High school education
Previous experience in automotive or transport industry
Previous supervisory experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven organisational skills and administrative skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks carefully and accurately
Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical awareness of motor vehicles
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and manage relationships
Communication and sales skills
Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
Awareness and understanding of health and safety requirements
General computer skills
Fluent in English is an added advantage
