  • Statutory Licencing and Registrations
  • Insurance Claims
  • Employee Files
  • Work & Resident Permits
  • Payroll Function
  • HR & Admin Reports
  • Office Management & Housekeeping
  • HR Softwares
  • Trainings
  • Performance Appraisal
o Contribute in development of administrative & HR policies and getting them approved, communicates them to the relevant staff and oversees the implementation.
o Functioning as the secretary for the Ethics Committee
o Coaching and training on the HR related issues.
o Contract Management.
o Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legislation, communicating the changes to the relevant staff.
KPI’s
1. Statutory licensing and registrations done on time
2. Insurance claim documents submitted on time
3. Work & Residence permits applied on time
4. Staff files are up to date, need to prepare a list what has to be there – deadline?
5. Trainings under his/her control conducted as scheduled
6. HR Monthly and quarterly reports submitted on time
7. All documents in charge of needs to be uploaded & updated in Google Drive
8. Software development followed up as agreed
9. Contracts are registered and followed up
