KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinating perpetual and quarterly S10ck take for all Supply centres.
  • Prepare working rota for all supply centres staff and calculate hours worked by every staff.
  • Ensure the supply centres have optimum stocks at all times so that they don't run out of stocks or carry excessive stocks.
  • Ensure proper communication with users in the respective supply centres at all times. This includes notifying them of any unavailable stocks.
  • Ensure that all supply centres are maintaining proper records of inventory movement, random stock counts, patient's charge sheets and expiry checks.
  • Ensure proper handover between staff is done on daily basis.
  • Identify non-moving items in the supply centers and follow up with the end users.
  • Ensure that expired items in the shops are returned to warehouse.
  • Ensure that all supply centre shops staff are adhering to the required storage conditions as per the set standards.
  • Continuously improve processes within the supply centers shops so as to increase patients and other customer's satisfaction.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma in Materials management or its equivalent
  • PSPTB, ClPSlNBMM qualification is an added advantage
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum two years experience in material management.
  • Skilled in the use of personal computers and warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups and commitment to advancing workplace diversity .
  • Collaborative partner who values teamwork. and integration.
